In support of our mission, we work with people who have diabetes, diabetes during pregnancy, obesity, and other nutrition related challenges. Our goal is to improve the overall health and quality of life for persons with diabetes, to decrease the risks of complications and reduce diabetes related healthcare costs by providing education, tools and skills to promote diabetes self-management and support.
You'll work with registered dietitians (RDs), registered nurses (RNs), and certified diabetes care and education specialists (CDCESs). Services we provide to help with the following conditions include:
Diabetes in Pregnancy (DMP)
Diabetes Management (DM)
Dyslipidemia, Hypertriglyceridemia, Weight Loss, Chronic Kidney Disease, and More
The team at Marshall's Diabetes & Nutrition Education would love to work with you. Many services require a referral due to insurance regulations but if the staff will be happy to contact your primary care provider to collaborate with them regarding your care.
