Marshall Offers Healthy Aging Seminar on Stress Reduction and Relaxation Techniques

April 10, 2014— Marshall Community Health Library in Cameron Park is pleased to continue its Healthy Aging Seminars featuring some of Marshall’s expert clinical providers and health experts from the community. This FREE series is made possible by a grant from Friends of El dorado County Seniors.
The next opportunity will be held Wednesday, April 23 at 2 p.m. when Jennifer Fiterre, CMT, RMT and Ayurvedic Health Care Practitioner presents a seminar on stress reduction and relaxation techniques. Learn simple acupressure, massage, meditation and breathing techniques to balance your mind, body and spirit. In addition to her clinical training, Jennifer is also the Volunteer Coordinator for Marshall.

All upcoming seminars will be held at the Marshall’s Upper Campus in Cameron Park, located at 3581 Palmer Drive. This seminar will be held in the Marshall Community Health Library, at suite 101.
