About Harprit Bajwa

Harprit Bajwa, DPM, has treated patients at Marshall Hospital since 2006, the year she opened her private practice in Cameron Park.

Dr. Bajwa is board certified in foot surgery and specializes in podiatric surgery. She provides comprehensive foot and ankle care, including diabetic limb salvage. Some areas of clinical expertise include forefoot deformities (bunions and hammertoes), heel pain and plantar fasciitis, lower extremity trauma and sports related foot and ankle injuries. She specializes in children's foot deformities and geriatric foot disorders.

After graduating from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor's Degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology, Dr. Bajwa completed studies at the California College of Podiatric Medicine. She finished her residency and fellowship training at Kern Hospital in Warren, Mich. Her fellowship was in rear foot reconstructive surgery and diabetic limb salvage. At the same facility, she became a full-time clinician with teaching responsibilities in the fellowship and residency programs.

She is fluent in Spanish and Hindi (Punjabi). Dr. Bajwa is married to Marshall hospitalist physician Ranjit Bajwa, MD. They have two sons. She enjoys reading, traveling – London is her favorite international city – and outdoor activities like biking and running.
