About This Location
This program is designed to boost employment opportunities for our community as well as fulfill a need for medical assistants within our local healthcare facilities. This course will prepare students for a lasting career in the medical field, including:
- Preparation for the CACMA exam
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Externship opportunities
- Front and back office training
- Medical Terminology
Requirements
- 18 years old or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical Terminology course completed prior to the start of medical assistant program*
- Scrubs

- Program fee is $5900 (funding options are available)
- *The medical terminology course will be provided by EDCOE.
