About This Location

This program is designed to boost employment opportunities for our community as well as fulfill a need for medical assistants within our local healthcare facilities. This course will prepare students for a lasting career in the medical field, including:

  • Preparation for the CACMA exam
  • Basic Life Support Certification
  • Externship opportunities
  • Front and back office training
  • Medical Terminology

Requirements

  • 18 years old or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical Terminology course completed prior to the start of medical assistant program*
  • Scrubs

Cost

  • Program fee is $5900 (funding options are available)
    • *The medical terminology course will be provided by EDCOE.
